Pricing Policy

All pricing on Little Bare Bear is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order has been placed, your price will be honoured.

Little Bare Bear accepts on-line payments via credit card, paypal, bank deposit and money order. Please note that full payment must be received prior to goods being despatched or picked up.
Customers that opt to pay their invoice by bank deposit must include their name as the bank reference and forward remittance once the payment has been made. No stock will be held until confirmation has been received that the payment has been sent.
Bank deposit payments are to be received in our account no later than 3 days after order date.

Privacy Policy

Little Bare Bear is a secure site, all credit cards are processed by a secure 128 bit encryption payment gateway.

Any personal details submitted to us, whether a query or an order, will be kept confidential.

We do not keep credit card details.

Ordering & Despatch

Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email from us upon ordering from our store detailing the order number and shipping address.

Despatch email
We will pack and despatch your order as soon as possible and you will receive an email once your order has been sent.

Pickup Arrangements
Arrangements for pickup in Toowoomba only can be made. Please contact us at orders@littlebarebear.com.au to organise your order.

Discount Codes
Discount codes are not valid on clearance or sale items.

Delivery

Domestic Delivery:

Delivery will be made via Australia Post or a freight service. Shipping rates will vary depending on the particular item/s ordered. We reserve the right to confirm these rates prior to shipment of goods.

Delivery by a freight/courier service and Australian Registered Post requires a signature to accept delivery. If you are unable to provide an address where someone will be available to sign, please choose Regular Australia Post or Express Post as your shipping option in the checkout. Please note, however, we cannot take responsibility for undelivered or lost packages as this is not our preferred delivery method. If this option is needed, Express Post is recommended as we can track the package.
Instructions will be given to the freight company not to leave any parcels at an address that is unattended. If your package is delivered while you are out, a calling card will be left for you.

Please allow between 2 to 7 working days for delivery. For rural deliveries please allow up to 14 days.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver the goods. We will endeavour to find an answer as soon as possible.

Urgent Deliveries
If you require an urgent delivery, please email orders@littlebarebear.com.au with your name and order number so we can do our best to arrange this for you. Urgent deliveries will be sent via Australia Post Express and you will be notified if there is an excess delivery charge.

International Orders

International orders can be accepted. A general rate of $18 for regular international shipping is present in the checkout, however for small items, the cost may be lower. For a quote on your specific order, please email us and we will forward a costing as quickly as possible. With the ever rising cost of postage, we reserve the right to confirm international rates before your order is sent.

Out of Stock Items

If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days of your order being placed. The out of stock item can be cancelled if you choose, otherwise goods will be despatched as soon as they are received by us. Other in stock items within your order will be posted straight away.

We will work hard to ensure when stocks decrease, that we replenish it quickly, however sometimes items fly out of stock. We hope you understand that we will reorder and get it off to you asap.

Exchanges

Goods may be exchanged within 21 days from despatch if they are unused and in the original packaging. Please contact us in writing at orders@littlebarebear.com.au if you wish to arrange an exchange. No goods will be accepted without prior approval.

Exchanges that are not the result of a defect will require additional postage charges.

If a return is necessary, please note that items marked or stained or without original packaging and tags, cannot be returned.

If defective goods are received please contact us within 7 days for direction on returning the item. Tags and packaging must be in original placement. We will replace faulty items on approval of fault. Extra shipping will not be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock, we will offer you an exchange or refund.
